I really need some input! I took a literature class in 2006… I had to drop it in the last month because of family/medical issues, I had no other option. Now, I am taking another Comp class. We recently did a peotry section, which I am terrible at!
I had a paper from the first time I took a lit class that I used( I made some revision to it). BUT, it was my paper and I wrote it… so I figured I could use it again, since it was for the same class and I was never able to get a final grade in it the first time I took the course… I put alot of time and effort into the paper.
NOW… my professor is telling me that my paper came up as a match to an already written paper(BECAUSE I WROTE IT IN 2006)!!! She is saying that ” It appears as though I am not the author.” I got this email today, saturday, so needless to say, there is not much I can do TODAY! I emailed her and called… no response. I just need some imput on how I can handle this situation?!
